Bethan Griffiths appointed Interim Managing Director at Cwmni Da

Bethan GriffithsFollowing a full meeting of Cwmni Da Trustee’s Board, we are very pleased to announce that the Board unanimously agreed to appoint Bethan Griffiths as Interim Managing Director of Cwmni Da. Bethan is currently Director of Operations at the company and will take on the role of Managing Director for a period of approximately 6 months.

Bethan joined Cwmni Da in 2007, managing the administration and finance teams before her appointment as Director of Operations in 2017. Leading the company’s transition to an employee-owned business in 2019, Bethan is responsible for all operational aspects. In addition, Bethan is a board and council member of the trade association, TAC.

Llion Iwan will soon be leaving us to take a position as Head of Content at S4C. Cwmni Da would like to place our huge gratitude to Llion on record and to send him our best wishes as he takes on this exciting new role.

Bethan’s interim appointment will provide Cwmni Da with stability while we conduct an inclusive process to discuss the company’s leadership needs for the future.
